Terms and Conditions for PC, Laptop, and Printer Service

  1. Service Description: We provide repair services for PC, laptop, and printer devices, including diagnosis, maintenance, and delivery of the repaired products.
  2. Rate Estimation: Upon initial contact or during the pickup request, we will provide an approximate rate for the repair service. This estimation is subject to change after a thorough examination of the device.
  3. Exact Rate of Repair: After the pickup and examination of the device, we will provide the exact rate for the repair service. This rate may differ from the initial estimation based on the actual condition and required repairs of the device.
  4. Customer Agreement: If the customer does not agree with the rates provided after the examination, they must notify us before the pickup of the device. If the customer disagrees with the rates provided after the pickup and examination, they must inform us immediately.
  5. Service and Inspection Charge: In the event that the customer disagrees with the rates provided after the pickup and examination, a service and inspection charge of 350 will be applicable. This charge covers the cost of examination and service provided.
  6. No Repair, No Charges: If we are unable to repair the device, no charges will be imposed on the customer, excluding the service and inspection charge mentioned in clause 5.
  7. Payment Terms: Payment for the repair service is due upon completion of the repair and before the delivery of the device. We accept cash, bank transfers, or other agreed-upon payment methods.
  8. Delivery: Upon completion of the repair, the device will be delivered to the customer at the agreed location. Delivery charges may apply depending on the distance and location.
  9. Warranty: We provide a warranty for the repaired parts and services as per our warranty policy. Details of the warranty coverage will be provided along with the repaired device.
  10. Liability: We are not liable for any damages or loss of data during the repair process. Customers are advised to backup their data before handing over the device for repair.
  11. Termination of Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer if deemed necessary or if the customer violates any terms and conditions stated herein.
  12. Modification of Terms: We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notification to the customer.
